Terms and conditions for ticket buyers

Checkin AS, org. number 994035053, offers ticket sale, product sale and booking (for example hotel rooms or camping) for customers on behalf of event organisers. Ticket buyer purchases the tickets from the event organiser, and the customer relationship is between ticket buyer and event organiser. You accept the event organisers terms and conditions, as well as Checkins terms and conditions in this document, when purchasing a ticket, product or booking through Checkin.
Age restriction
It is important for Checkin to maintain the online safety and rights for the ticket buyer. As such, the ticket buyer must be 15 years old to purchase a ticket through Checkin. The event organiser is free to have a higher age restriction for their event, should they wish to do so.
Conditions of purchase
Checkin is a link between the event organiser and the ticket buyer, and is not responsible for the organisation, quality or content of the event. Any questions regarding the event must be directed to the event organiser. A purchase is not refunded, unless this has been otherwise specified in the event organisers terms and conditions. Any questions regarding cancelled events must be directed to the event organiser.
The Norwegian «Angrerett», the right to cancel, is not valid on a purchase of tickets as per the Angrerettlov §22m. If the event is cancelled, the event organisers goes bankrupt or if the event for any other reason will not be completed, then Checkin is not responsible for a refund or compensation in any form. Such requests will have to be directed to the event organiser, but Checkin can assist if the event organisers wish to make a refund from the funds available to them in Checkin. A possible ticket fee is non-refundable in the case of a refund or compensation and will befall Checkin in any such event.
It is the event organisers responsibility to make their terms and conditions known to the ticket buyer and ticket buyer must contact the event organiser for a request for refund. All communication and disputes regarding refunds must take place between the event organiser and the ticket buyer. The ticket buyer is responsible for purchasing the correct ticket and for entering the correct contact information to receive the ticket. The ticket buyer is also responsible that all the information entered at purchase is correct. Any attempt at fraud, illegal access of the website or other misuse of the service Checkin deliver could result in prosecution and demand for a compensation.
Personal information
Checkin collects personal information from you when you enter these willingly at purchase. The nature of the information collected and the storage of these can be reviewed in our personvernerklæring (NO only). Should you register a purchase for someone else, please be aware that you are responsible for the collection of their consent to any marketing or communication from the event organiser.
