A participant list is a systematic overview of all people registered for an event.
Obtain consent from participant
In order for you as an organizer to share a participant list, you must first obtain confirmation from the participants. It is not permitted to share participant information without their consent.
To obtain confirmation from the participants, you must create an additional option that they must manually click on. The option cannot be pre-selected.
Note! The additional option must be linked to the participant! It cannot be linked to the order.
The additional option must include the words "public participant list".Here you have two ways to set up such an additional option:

To retrieve the link to the participant list, you must first navigate to the registration page for the event. Then, you'll need to update the URL. We are planning to update the participant list at a later stage, which will make it easier to retrieve the link, while also giving the list a more organized and professional appearance.
The changes you need to make:
**Registration URL:**
https://event.checkin.no/116489/checkinday2026
**Participant list URL:**
https://app.checkin.no/event/116489/checkinday2026/participants
You need to change the beginning of the link from `event.checkin.no` to `app.checkin.no/event`, and then add `/participants` at the end.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to make any changes to the participant list — as of now, it appears like this:
Sort the participant list
If you want to sort by company name instead of alphabetically, you can add `?sort=COMPANY` at the end of the URL. It will then look like this:
