Confirmation

Upon completion of the purchase, the ticket buyer will receive both a confirmation message in the browser and an order confirmation by email. Please choose how this should be designed and fill in your own text.

Create a custom message that the purchaser will see upon completing an order, in addition to the setup provided by Checkin, or choose whether ticket buyers should be redirected to a separate webpage.

If you choose to redirect your customers to your own web page, we recommend that you create an own landing page with "Thank you" or "You have completed your order". Use a similar text as in the preview above, or else they dont get any information that they has completed their order. 

 

Confirmation e-mail

Compose a text with suitable information within for the e-mail that the ticket buyer receives as soon as they have completed the order.

Copy of Order Confirmation Email 

Order confirmation sent to you (the organizer) each time a new order is placed by a participant.
