From Boston to the Nordics
The story behind Nordic Growth Summit began in Boston, at the world-renowned HubSpot conference INBOUND. Avidly, TRY Dig, and Spring were all there – and returned home with a dream of creating something similar in the Nordics. They joined forces, and Nordic Growth Summit was born!
Since 2024, they’ve brought together marketers, salespeople, entrepreneurs, and business leaders for a packed program focused on growth through CRM, AI, and HubSpot. After two successful years in Oslo, they’re now bringing the concept to Stockholm.

Seamless integration with HubSpot
As a HubSpot partner, Camilla (TRY Dig) explains that choosing HubSpot as the CRM system for Nordic Growth Summit was an obvious decision – and that Checkin became the natural choice due to its seamless integration.
“We use HubSpot to manage all transactions and email follow-ups before and after the event, so we are very reliant on always having updated lists in our CRM", says Camilla.
When tickets are sold through Checkin, customer information is sent directly to HubSpot, ensuring you always have all your attendee data in one place. This made it easy for the different agencies to collaborate and work efficiently across the same system.

End-to-End Event Management
Nordic Growth Summit uses Checkin for both ticket sales and administration, as well as for attendee check-in on the day of the event. The system also handles invoicing and follow-up on unpaid invoices.
Checkin’s invoicing feature is smooth and makes it easy for organizers to send payment reminders to ticket buyers. This saves time and allows the team to focus on what really matters – creating a great event experience.
“I didn't have experience with following up on unpaid bills, so the whole handling of that process has been very useful for us ,” says Camilla.

Camilla had no experience with Checkin but points out that the system is very intuitive and very user friendly.

Big plans for 2026
After two successful years of Nordic Growth Summit in Oslo, they are now planning the 2026 conference.
"This time we'll be in Stockholm - and of course, Checkin will join us again", says Camilla.
